If you are not completely satisfied with you purchase from ALFA LifeHome, return it to us within 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund (less return shipping charges). Please review the instructions below to initiate a return.

To ensure that your return is processed accurately and promptly, email us at info@alfalifehome.com with the following information: Your order number and the reason for the return by indicating one of the following:

1.Not as described

2.Did not match picture/image

3.Does not fit

4.Defective Merchandise

5.Shipped in Error

6.Package arrived damaged

7.Does not meet my needs

 Upon receipt of your request, a return authorization code will be emailed to you that will include instructions for shipping the product back to us.  Returned items must be in original (new) condition, with associated packing materials and packaging.  Please note that returns made without a return authorization cannot be processed and will not be accepted. Once the product is received at our warehouse, we will issue a refund for the merchandise amount plus any applicable sales tax.  We cannot refund original shipping charges.  Please allow 2-4 weeks from receipt of your return for the credit to appear on the same account you used for purchase.
